Is this a legitimate invoice?

Yes. Your landlord uses Greatweek to send a single monthly invoice for rent and (if applicable) your share of metered solar energy used in your unit. The invoice link goes to a secure greatweek.com URL. If anything looks off, contact your landlord first and our support team second.

Question 2

Why is there a solar line on my bill?

Accepted Answer

Your building has a rooftop solar system. The energy it produces is metered to your unit, and you're billed at the rate disclosed in your lease — usually less than the utility's rate. You'll see the kWh used and the per-kWh rate on every invoice.

Question 3

How do I pay?

Click the secure link in your invoice email. You can pay with bank transfer (ACH), debit or credit card, or Apple Pay. You can also set up autopay so you never miss a due date.

I think there's a mistake on my invoice.

Reach out to your landlord directly — they manage the rates, line items, and lease terms. If you believe there's a Greatweek error (payment didn't go through, double charge), email hello@greatweek.com and we'll investigate within one business day.

Question 5

Is my payment information secure?

Accepted Answer

Payments are processed by Stripe. Greatweek never stores raw card or bank numbers on our servers. All connections are encrypted in transit and at rest.

Question 6

Can I get a receipt or payment history?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every payment generates a receipt sent to your email, and you can view full payment history on your tenant portal at any time.
