1. The service

Greatweek provides rent collection, tenant invoicing, and solar billing tools to U.S. landlords and HOAs.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms of service. Greatweek does not store raw card or bank numbers.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Greatweek for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable landlord-tenant regulation.
